Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives broken or damaged, don’t worry! Simply contact us with your name, order number, and any relevant evidence, and we’ll make it right. We’ll fix your item and send it back to you as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please get in touch. We offer returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
