Processing time
Orders are usually dispatched the same day as the order being placed. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer; any delays will be noted where possible.
UK delivery
UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- 2–4 working days
International delivery
International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Delivery times vary depending on location.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- USA: 5–10 working days
- Rest of world: 7–21 working days
Please note that international orders may occasionally take longer due to customs or local postal delays.
Returns & Refunds
If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch and help will be offered as quickly as possible.
Physical items
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and returned in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Jack Seagull within 7 days of delivery with a photo so it can be resolved.
