Worldwide Shipping
For our international customers, we use Royal Mail International Tracked shipping to ensure your order is safely delivered with tracking available for peace of mind.

Return Policy

We take great care in handcrafting each piece of artwork. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you encounter any issues, we're here to help.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives broken or damaged, don’t worry! Simply contact us with your name, order number, and any relevant evidence, and we’ll make it right. We’ll fix your item and send it back to you as quickly as possible.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, please get in touch. We offer returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
